OUR HISTORY

The history of Vicens Maquinaria Agrícola SA begins with the figure of Pere Vicens Penella, "Agramunti" by birth, with extensive experience and knowledge in the primary sector.

The beginnings were difficult, but over time the volume of business increased, which led to the company moving in 1985 in front of the NII km 483 road in Fondarella.

1992
Growth

In 2007, growth was implemented with the opening of Térmens, where the business proposal has been the treatment for the reuse of John Deere spare parts.

2013

In that same year 2013, the Valls center was incorporated. The Vilafranca del Penedès center was established in 2014, thus consolidating the entire Priorat area.

1983
Origins

At the age of 52, he agreed together with John Deere Ibérica S.A., the Spanish subsidiary of the North American multinational Deere & Company, the concession for the sale and repair of John Deere agricultural machinery.

The growth of Vicens Maquinària Agrícola S.A. It was led by the second generation, Pere Vicens Capdevila and Francesc Baldomà Baldoma. In 1992, the company acquired the center located in Manresa.

2007

Vicens Maquinaria Agrícola was established in Torres de Segre in 2013 and thanks to this growth it established coverage in a very important part of the province of Lleida for fruit, olive and almond products.

The Amposta center was incorporated in 2014, establishing a new area of influence in the entire Ebro delta area.
