Since the company’s inception, a distribution agreement was established with John Deere Ibérica, S.A., the Spanish subsidiary of the American multinational Deere & Company, a global leader in the manufacturing of agricultural, forestry, turf, and industrial machinery. Over time, the range of products offered has expanded to include other manufacturers that are also pioneers in agricultural mechanization.

The main headquarters is located in Fondarella, but throughout its history, the company has grown significantly to its current structure, with seven own-operated centers located in Térmens, Torres de Segre, Valls, Vilafranca del Penedès, Amposta, and Manresa. The company now has over 100 dedicated employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a mechanic with the mission of providing after-sales service. We are looking for a proactive person, with a positive, results-oriented attitude and desire to grow professionally.

Principal functions:

Carry out repairs and diagnoses of agricultural equipment (tractors, harvesting and cultivation equipment, precision agriculture equipment…), as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Configuration and preparation of new or used equipment, ensuring optimal delivery to the client.
Complete reports and corresponding administrative procedures for each workshop task (work sheet, technical communication with manufacturers, time spent sheet…).
Assist with tasks related to the general organization of the workshop, tools and vehicles, as well as keeping the work area clean.
Comply with established safety standards in all tasks.

Requirements:

Two years of minimum experience in repair of agricultural or industrial equipment.
CFGM or CFGS training in electromechanical maintenance, mechanization, electrical installations, automotive, industrial mechatronics or similar. It is valuable to have training in a forklift driver and overhead crane license.
Ability to diagnose, perform repairs and maintenance tasks with specialized tools and equipment in accordance with procedures established in the applicable technical manuals.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural machinery. Knowledge of TIG, oxyfuel or wire welding is valuable.
Possess a B driving license to carry out maintenance and repairs outside the workshop.
Ability to use computer applications.
