QUIEN SOMOS?
Vicens Maquinaria Agrícola, S.A. es una empresa de origen familiar, dedicada a la venta y reparación de maquinaria agrícola. Desde la creación de la empresa, se estableció un contrato de distribución con John Deere Ibérica, S.A, filial española de la multinacional estadounidense Deere & Company, líder en la fabricación de maquinaria agrícola, forestal, para espacios verdes e industrial. Con el tiempo, se ha ido completando la familia de productos comercializados con otros fabricantes también pioneros en la mecanización agrícola.
La sede principal está en Fondarella, pero a lo largo de su historia ha crecido significativamente hasta llegar a la estructura actual con 7 centros propios de trabajo ubicados en Térmens, Torres de Segre, Valls, Vilafranca del Penedès, Amposta y Manresa, con más de 100 personas trabajando con plena dedicación.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA VACANTE
We are currently looking for a salesperson with the mission of selling agricultural machinery. We are looking for a proactive person, with a positive, results-oriented attitude and desire to grow professionally.
Principal functions:
- Represent the dealer in machinery sales activities in the assigned area.
- Execute established commercial procedures with the objective of achieving positive sales results.
- Carrying out visits to clients to present and promote products and services. Monitoring of the client portfolio.
- Offer the client personalized advice and negotiation of sales contracts.
- Identification of new potential clients.
- Management of the different financing options available to assist the client during the process of purchasing new or used machinery.
- Demonstrate new equipment in the field.
- Delivery and monitoring of operation and satisfaction of the equipment sold.
- Monitor the activity and products of the competition, as well as observe trends in clients’ commercial activity and communicate it to the sales manager.
- Observation of trends in clients’ commercial activity and reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience in sales, commercial activity and customer service.
- Ability to transmit trust and proximity to clients.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and agricultural practices.
- Knowledge of John Deere products and its competitors.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Mastery of negotiation strategies.
- Familiarization with the market and geographic territory where commercial functions are carried out.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Possess a B driving license to make commercial visits.
- Ability to use common computer tools, the Internet and commercial tools.
- Have flexible hours.
